Compassionate Self-Talk PowerPoint Activity
Some students are unaware of their own negative self-talk and what kind of impact it can have on their ability to manage anxiety. The Compassionate Self-Talk PowerPoint Activity can help build a student’s awareness about negative self-talk and practice reframing inaccurate or exaggerated thoughts. This activity is also excellent for facilitating oral language and social communication skills. Click Here to get your free copy!
Visual Perceptual Skills PowerPoint Activity
Practice visual perceptual skills using the Visual Perceptual Skills Counting and Comparing School Supplies PowerPoint Activity. This resource is a great occupational therapy activity for younger students to kick off the school year. The PowerPoint resource is easily adaptable for individual students or groups focusing on expressive language, written language, and articulation goals. Grab your free copy HERE!
Pet Shop Challenge PowerPoint Game
Students work together to find all the hidden pets behind the squares. Game play is similar to Battleship. The Pet Shop Challenge PowerPoint Game can be used as a reinforcer during articulation skill practice and as a tool for promoting expressive language and social communication skills. This resource was designed for therapists using a computer to provide teletherapy services as well as for therapists who may be using an iPad onsite settings. This tool can even be used on a smartphone with the free PowerPoint app. Grab your copy Here!
Fall Themed Drag & Drop Puzzles for PowerPoint

Drag and drop puzzle pieces into a square to create a fall theme picture. Double check—are the pieces in the right spots? What did you make a picture of? What do you notice? These puzzles are most appropriate for students in 2nd through 4th grade and are great open-ended activities to promote visual-perceptual skills, receptive and expressive language skills, and articulation carryover. These Fall-Theme PowerPoint puzzles can be used in teletherapy and with iPads using the PowerPoint app.
