Get the Scoop! Ice Cream Matching Activity

Here is a fun matching game focused on a favorite summer treat – ice cream! E-Therapy’s Get the Scoop! Ice Cream Matching Activity is a PowerPoint positive reinforcement activity that can be used while working on a variety of speech/language therapy goals. When it is your turn, click on two squares to see if the ice cream photos match. Once all of the items have been found, the person with the most matching pairs wins the game. Going to the Beach Jamboard

Going to the Beach Jamboard  is a fun summer activity requiring students to brainstorm, naming items one might take along when visiting the beach!  To start the activity, students initially brainstorm and type their ideas of items to take along, then they’re given visuals of possible items to name and discuss.  After considering each item shown, the students are asked to name 5 items again, recalling items that were originally listed and/or new items!  This activity addresses students’ vocabulary knowledge, recall abilities, and even categorization skills.
