Nikki Kundert serves as a Partnership Consultant, supporting school districts through both Edustaff and E-Therapy, an Edustaff Company. She brings a strong background in education, holding a bachelor’s degree in education with a minor in special education, along with hands-on classroom experience.
Her experience across both education and service-based organizations provides a well-rounded perspective when working with district leaders. She understands the day-to-day realities schools face and focuses on connecting them with practical, effective solutions that support both staffing and specialized service needs.
Originally from the Midwest, she brings an approachable and down-to-earth style to her work, building strong relationships with the districts she supports. She is committed to helping schools access the resources they need to better serve students.
Outside of work, she stays busy keeping up with her two active boys and traveling for sports, staying closely connected to the communities she serves.
