Andy Bitner serves as a Partnership Consultant, supporting school districts across both Edustaff and E-Therapy, an Edustaff Company. He joined Edustaff in 2023, bringing a diverse background in K–12 education, staffing, career and technical education, and curriculum.

Before transitioning into sales, Andy spent time in the classroom as both a middle school and high school teacher. That experience continues to shape his approach today, giving him a practical understanding of the challenges schools face and how to connect districts with the right solutions.

He is a strong advocate for public education and is committed to building meaningful partnerships that support schools, educators, and students.

Andy is a Marine Corps veteran, a dad to three kids, and husband to a first-grade teacher. When he’s not working with districts, you can usually find him enjoying music, especially anything by Willie Nelson.

Prior to joining E-Therapy, Derek was the President of AMN Healthcare’s Education Healthcare Staffing business, where he provided on-site and virtual solutions for students in need of therapy services. He is known for mentoring and developing his team members and inspiring a sense of pride and ownership in the collective success of the organization.
