From the classroom to the field, E-Therapy is partnering with universities to create pathways for future clinicians.
By collaborating with universities, we provide students with hands-on learning experiences, mentorship from experienced professionals, and exposure to both teletherapy and onsite therapy settings. Our goal is to equip future clinicians with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to excel in their careers and make a meaningful impact on the students and communities they serve.
Support for students
Entering the field of therapy can be both exciting and overwhelming. Having firsthand insight into best practices, compliance, documentation, and service delivery is essential for a smooth transition into professional practice. Through the University Connections: Future Ready Program, students gain the support and experience they need to build a strong foundation for their careers.
Participants in the program will:
Work alongside experienced clinicians who provide mentorship and guidance.
Gain hands-on exposure to both teletherapy technology and onsite therapy practices.
Learn best practices for delivering high-quality services in virtual and in-person settings.
Build confidence in their skills through structured learning opportunities.
These experiences help students feel prepared and supported as they take their first steps into the workforce, ensuring they are equipped to provide impactful therapy services from day one.

The program helps students explore career opportunities and transition smoothly into employment by providing mentorship and networking, rather than internship or practicum placements.
Structured
Mentorship
Students have the opportunity to shadow experienced clinicians, gaining valuable insights into real-world practice in teletherapy and on-site therapy. This is not an internship, clinical fieldwork, or supervised practicum.
University Recognition

Loan Reimbursement
Eligible E-Therapy employees receive student loan assistance
Eligibility
Full-time employees of E-therapy who have successfully completed their degrees are eligible for the loan reimbursement program. Speech Language Pathologists may be working toward their ASHA Cs.
Assistance
Eligible employees may apply to receive up to $1,000 per academic year through the loan reimbursement program. Terms and conditions apply.
Commitment
Eligible employees commit to three years of employment with E-Therapy.
