Our Team

Birgit Suess, M.S.,CCC-SLP: Founding member. Speech/Language Therapist.
Birgit earned a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and is fluent in German. She went on to specialize in Communication Sciences and Disorders, and received her Master’s degree from Northern Arizona University. Since then, Birgit has worked in a variety of situations including, providing/coordinating speech services for several rural schools in eastern Oregon, working at a school on the Navajo Nation and providing services for a bilingual and Spanish speaking population. She has also worked with adult clients in hospital and home settings.

Diana Parafiniuk, M.S.,CCC-SLP: Founding Member. Speech/Language Therapist.
Diana received her undergraduate degree in Spanish and Linguistics and went on to recieve her Master’s degree in Communication Science Disorders. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and has worked with hispanic populations. Diana also has experience working with Native Americans on the Navajo Indian Reservation. Diana has expertise in early intervention, accent modification, articulation remediation, and language development.

Emmanuelle Giumelli, M.A. A.L.C. Counselor.
Emmanuelle graduated with a Bachelor degree in psychology from the University of Georgia and received a Master degree in counseling psychology from Northern Arizona University. Emmanuelle is a licensed mental health counselor and a certified school counselor. Emmanuelle is fluent in French and Spanish. She has worked in clinical settings as well as schools providing counseling services to K-12 students.

Ben Wyss, IT Specialist. Founding Member.
Ben has an undergraduate degree in Environmental Planning, and has a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from northern Arizona University in Flagstaff Arizona.
